Your transfers are confirmed and offered if they are booked according to the conditions below.

Arrival to Simferopol by plane : transfers from / to the airport of Simferopol

 
We will meet you at the airport of Simferopol (SIP). We will wait for you at the exit of the airport (domestic arrivals) with the board "KAZANTIP VOYAGE" to take you from the airport to your hotel at Kazantip.
 
To get complimentary transfers from / to the airport of Simferopol,
  • it is necessary to order your stay at Kazantip on our site kazantipvoyage.com;
  • transfers must match the dates of your stay;
  • you must submit form (click the link to submit form). We need to receive all information requested on the form for all the travellers, no later than May 31, 2014. Failure to provide information requested on the form, including: date of birth, passport number, country may result in the denial of your complimentary transfers.
If you come to Popovka (Kazantip) by yourself, you will not get any reimbursement.
 

TRANSFERS

 
Transfers are made by car, minibus or bus. Some transfers can be "shared" with other clients of kazantip voyage.
 

DELAYS or CANCELLATION of FLIGHTS

 
We do our best to take into account delays and cancellations of flights. If your flight is delayed or cancelled or if you are late because of the customs, you should inform us immediately by phone +380503970325 or +380652294030
 
If your flight is delayed for more than 1 hour or is cancelled, we can't guarantee your transfer. However, you can contact us by phone and order a new transfer, which will cost you additional fee. If the transfer is not confirmed because of the delay or cancellation of the flight, you will not get any reimbursement. 
 

CHANGES OF THE SCHEDULE of FLIGHTS

 
If the schedule of your flight has been changed, we can't guarantee you transfers ordered before. However, you can order a new transfer, which will cost you additional fee (contact as by email as soon as you know that the schedule was changed). If the transfer is not confirmed because of the change of the schedule of flights, you will not get any reimbursement.
 

LUGGAGE

 
We will not accept any luggage of large volume (kite surf etc.) if we haven't been informed about it by e-mail in advance Contact us >>  at least 7 days before arrival.
You are responsible for charge / discharge of your luggage. We are not responsible for the loss or damage of luggage during transfers.
 

TIME OF ARRIVAL / DEPARTURE


You are responsible for the accuracy of the provided information concerning your time of arrival and departure on the form. If you need to make some changes, please submit again form.
 

ARRIVAL TRANSFER

 
Departure from the airport of Simferopol: 21.30 If the schedule of complimentary transfers is not suitable for you, we can offer you custom transfers (click on the link to order custom transfer) for additional fee.
 

DEPARTURE TRANSFER

 
Departure from your hotel: 08.30 Time of the trip is nearly 2 hours. If the schedule of complimentary transfers is not suitable for you, we can offer you custom transfers (click on the link to order custom transfer) for additional fee.
 

CONFIRMATION OF DEPARTURE TRANSFER

 
You must confirm your return transfer to our local representative in advance in 24 hours before the date of the transfer.
 
If you decide to arrive to Popovka by yourself, don't forget to contact us, we will tell you the address of your hotel.
 

CHECK IN / CHECK OUT

 
Check-in time is not before 2 pm on the arrival date and check out time is not later than 11 am on departure date. Late departure is subject to prior arrangement and availability and extra charges will apply.
 

CUSTOMS FORMALITIES


It is up to the Client to verify with the authorities all the formalities necessary for your trip to Ukraine. Kazantip Voyage will not be in any case responsible, if the Client is refused embarkation or access to the country of transit or of destination for lack of formalities of police, of health or of customs. The Client is the only one who is responsible for any sanction and / or possible fines inflicted as a result on non-observation of regulations of police, health or customs formalities, as well as for any consequences of it. Kazantip Voyage cannot be either considered responsible, or reimburse any expenses.
 

RESPONSIBILITY


In case of force majeure, we are not responsible for your missed transport. Check your insurance contract. In case of an accident the responsibility is limited by the driver's responsibility and by insurance. Every Client signs an insurance contract for the time of his stay in Ukraine.
 

Arrival to Simferopol by train : transfers from / to the railway station of Simferopol

Your transfers are confirmed if they are booked according to the conditions below.

We will meet you at the railway station of Simferopol. We will wait for you at the railway station with the board "KAZANTIP VOYAGE" to take you from the railway station to your hotel at Kazantip. We will tell you the exact place later.

To get complimentary transfers from / to the railway station of Simferopol,

  • you must book your stay at Kazantip on our site kazantipvoyage.com;
  • it is necessary to book your train tickets kiev simferopol or odessa simferopol on our site kazantipvoyage.com;
  • transfers must match the dates of your stay;
  • you must submit form (click the link to submit form). CONFIRMATION OF DEPARTURE TRANSFER

 
You must confirm your departure transfer to our representative at the place in advance in 24 hours before the date of the transfer.
