Our staff is on site at KaZantip to better satisfy your needs while your stay. Prices are NET, without any surprise.
TERM The term may be extended only on site if available. Prices are given per apartment, maximum capacity is mentionned in the contract, according to your booking. Prices are not calculated per person. CLUB UKRAINE is a tour operator: its employees have a good knowledge of the Ukraine and offered apartments. Feel free to ask CLUB UKRAINE. CLUB UKRAINE has offices in the Ukraine to assist you during your stay.
BOOKING : To be valid, your demand must be accompanied by payment of 100% of the total amount by credit card Visa or Mastercard (for the payment by bank transfer to our account BNP Paribas Group we will charge you an extra amount). To pay less please choose pay online by credit card Visa or Mastercard on a secure page. In case if the booked service is modified by the provider or the tenant, in case of force majeure under circumstances beyond their control, we will find a replacement with characteristics similar to originally booked. The client may after notification of the change either accept the modified offer or refuse them and cancel the booking. In case if the tenant refuses to accept the new proposal, the provider will refund the full amount of rent. If the client does not gain possession, or leave the premises before the prescribed date, he can not claim for a refund for the unexpired period.
ARRIVAL Our agent will meet you and assist you during your stay. You will be asked a security deposit of 200 euros (for stay in Popovka Mirny only) for any possible damage that may be caused to property, and to pay expenses that are not included in the rent, i.e. cleaning, return keys, etc.. The deposit or the rest of it will be refunded after deduction of damage or missing items, cleaning costs on the day of departure.
A SOLUTION OF ANY PROBLEM Unexpected expences may still arise due to the tenant or renter. We are anxious to find harmonious, effective and quick solutions for work dictated by an emergency manifesto. Despite the careful attention that we made to the drafting of texts, photographs and descriptions, omission or error may have crept into the printed catalog. For any incident reported on the spot, your local office will arrange to find a satisfactory solution as soon as possible. The client undertakes to immediately notify our organization and enable it to enter the premises to make the necessary intervention.

INVENTORY / CONDITON OF LOCATION Various items are available to the tenant who bears the housing maintenance, as he does as a tenant in his own home, for routine maintenance... The state of cleanliness (cleaning) must be reported and recorded immediately, to be clearly contradictory. In any case the CLUB UKRAINE undertakes to involve the cleaning company immediately. The customer is obliged to enable an entrance to the places to be cleaned or repaired. The client tenant is obliged to check the inventory on arrival. He has 24 hours to denounce the apparent defects, non-compliance of the obvious description and layout. He has 72 hours to inform us on any malfunction in the apparatus, anomalies or defects that would appear in use.
EQUIPMENT TO FACILITATE YOUR DAILY STAY All accommodations are fully equipped: furniture, cookware, crockery, blankets for the number of beds required and specified on the rental confirmation of the tenant, etc... The descriptions of apartments in the catalog are given by accomodation types. The number of beds indicated is the maximum capacity. For a given surface and the same type of apartment, the distribution of beds or number of persons to be accommodated can vary from one housing to another. The type of the finally selected apartment is brought to the contract, by agreement of the tenant, and contains a declared number of beds and other details. We also wish to clarify that the photos are published for guidance and to outline around the residence, its style, without presenting a contractual nature.
